Every piece of jewelry is shipped insured US Priority mail to all addresses in the Continental U.S. Gift boxes are included at no extra charge.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns accepted withing 14 days of purchase
• 25% Re Stock Fee minus shipping on stock items and over size fees.
• Returns that are exluded are items that have been customized, damaged by misuse , Blunt impact, snagging on towels, donning of clothing and catching on pocket lining is misuse and will not be covered with warrenty.
• Customization is the setting of stones, engraving, and sizes 12 and above, or any modification of a stock item.
• No refunds on wax fees.
• Limited Warranty.
• This is for workmanship and material only!
• Does not cover blunt trauma to the item, wear and tear or snaging on garments .
• Reconditioning the ring is extra and not included in reapair.
• Shipping and insurance  both ways is paid for by customer.
• We do not fix other manufacturers jewelry.
